Class #4 - Meal Planning for Now and the Future
Explore your choices for a variety in healthy food choices on the road to weight management.

Class #5 - Grocery Shopping
Decipher what the information on food labels really means and how it works for you.

Class #6 - Mind Over Matter
Understand how to cope with the pressures of life, stress, and hectic schedules and still eat healthy.

Class #7 - Snack Attacks Are Okay
Learn how to snack without having a panic attack.

Class #8 - Dining Smart Outside The Home

Cost is $375.00 (includes course materials for and 8 week session of 1 hour classes.)

Classes will be taught by a licensed registered dietitian, MSW, and an exercise specialist.
